- Opening hours from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Service reservations are always required at least 24 hours before the start of the chosen session;
- Each session lasts 90 minutes;
- Maximum of 4 people per session;
- Those who book directly or on the official websites of Tridente Collection hotels are entitled to 30 minutes of free access to the wellness & spa area (subject to availability and with advance reservation);
- Access to the wellness area services, Finnish sauna, and Turkish bath costs €30 per person per session;
- Reservation confirmation requires prepayment of the full amount;
- Free cancellation is possible up to 8 hours before the start of the chosen session.

For late cancellations, there is no refund of the amount paid at the time of booking.
