Small dogs and cats (maximum 5 kg) are allowed. The hotel will also provide a courtesy kit to take care of your four-legged friend, which includes: 1 pet bed, 1 eco-friendly collapsible bowl, 1 compact sanitizing wipe, 1 roll of waste bags, and 1 "pet in room" door hanger.

Check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am. Early check-in/late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur a supplement: please contact us before arrival.
Yes: small dogs and cats (up to 5 kg / 11 lbs) are welcome. We also provide a courtesy kit (bed, foldable bowl, sanitizing wipe, waste bags, “pet in room" door tag). Please let us know when booking.
The Rome Times Hotel consists of two buildings located just a few minutes' walk apart: the main building at Via Milano 42—which houses the reception for check-in and check-out as well as all the hotel's dining facilities, including a refined dining room serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner—and the secondary building at Via Milano 58. Rooms in both buildings offer the same quality and standards of excellence, with the exception that breakfast is not included in the online rate for rooms in the secondary building; however, guests may purchase it as an add-on at any time and enjoy it in the main building's breakfast room.

Buffet breakfast from 7:00 am to 10:30 am, featuring local and organic products, with gluten-free and lactose-free options.
Rooms in the secondary building do not include breakfast in the rate; it can be added later for a supplement. For lunch/dinner and cocktails, The Times – Bar & Restaurant is open daily until midnight (kitchen until 10:30 pm).
The main building (with Reception) is at Via Milano 42, 00184 Rome, a few steps from Via Nazionale. The secondary building is 50 metres away at Via Milano 58. Official contact details are listed on the Location page.
From Roma Termini railway station you can walk following the route on the Location page (Piazza dei Cinquecento → Via Nazionale → Via Milano). The hotel is also easily reachable by bus from Termini, getting off at Palazzo delle Esposizioni.
We are close to Rome's main city-centre sights: Via Nazionale, the Opera House, and a short distance from Trevi Fountain, Piazza Venezia, the Roman Forum, Spanish Steps and the Colosseum.
We offer both a gym and a small wellness area, exclusively for hotel guests. The wellness area includes a Finnish sauna and Turkish bath. Spa access and treatments require advance reservation. Private parking is not available. The hotel is located in a limited traffic zone (ZTL): contact us for nearby garage/parking solutions.

Booking our flexible rates:
Payment is made at the hotel; however, the staff reserves the right to pre-authorize the cost of the first night's stay to verify the validity of the provided credit card and to hold it as a guarantee against potential penalties. Unless otherwise agreed, the pre-authorized amount is automatically released, with the timeframe for this depending on the cardholder's bank. Free cancellation is available up to two days prior to the arrival date.
Booking our non-refundable rates:
Payment is charged immediately to the provided credit card upon booking, and the reservation is non-refundable. Modifications or cancellations free of charge are not permitted. In the event of late cancellation, late modification, or a no-show, a penalty equal to the full cost of the reservation will be charged.
For bookings made on our website, click “modify/cancel reservation" in the booking widget or go to the Personal Area inside the booking engine. Enter your check-in date and the cancellation code found on the last line of your confirmation email. The ability to modify/cancel is subject to the cancellation policy accepted in the Terms & Conditions; you can also review the policy in your confirmation email after purchase.

Not all rooms have a balcony or panoramic view. Allocation depends on room type and availability; we recommend requesting this when booking. (Both Rome Times Hotel buildings feature small private terraces.)
We offer family-friendly solutions, such as Executive Rooms and Junior Suites (for 3–4 guests depending on room type). For specific needs (adjacent/connecting rooms), please contact us and we will suggest the best option. Cots are provided free of charge on request (subject to availability). Please mention this when booking or contact Reception before arrival.
